VIDEO 6. Shoulder Rolling Exercises

Pregnant women throw their shoulders and elbows back in order to maintain body balance, but this can lead to poor posture and increase lower back pain. The first exercise to prevent discomfort in such a situation is the shoulder roll exercise. In a sitting position, the patient places their fingers on their shoulders and then circles backwards with their elbows.

A second exercise is to raise the arms in the air and slowly reach up and stretch to both sides. Care should be taken not to lean backwards during the movement. It is important not to lean backwards.
